TA即交互分析(Transactional analysis)，是精神科医生埃里克•伯尔尼(Eric Berne)发展的一种心理治疗模型，但由于其掌握简易、通俗易懂，已经被医疗界列入以患者为中心的全科治疗的常见会诊模式之一【1】。70年代以来人们开始重视疾病和患者的生物心理社会模式，被业内人士阐述TA是普通医院场景下会诊心理状态的一个很好的工具【2】，并认为TA是让医学迈向整体方法的一个手段【3】，进入00年代后，TA被认为是医学人文旗帜下的医学治疗方法之一【4】。TA在临床实践中的具体使用和价值正在陆续被呈现【5】。

TA在临床实践中的价值

将TA纳入临床实践可改善医患关系，提高疗效，避免沟通障碍【5】；有效理解和表达同理心【6】；促进医患共享决策【7】；

提高患者治疗依从性【8】和自我康复能力【9】；减少医生职业倦怠【10】。

经过TA训练：从业者能够改善自我的自我状态结构和问题解决能力评分【11】；从业者能够提高沟通和会诊技能【12-13】；从业者能够提高临床管理能力【14】；从业者能够提供对实习生的教育督导能力【15】等等。
